Embracing the Art of Transition:
Mirroring Rhythms of the Natural World
April 22nd - 26th, 2026 | with HEATHER BERG
Immerse yourself in a restful and rejuvenating experience this spring with a 4-night, 5-day retreat designed to awaken your senses, spark renewal, and honor the tender beginnings of a new season. As the forest comes alive with fresh growth and birdsong, you’ll explore how your own inner landscape mirrors nature’s emergence.
Ground yourself through daily yoga, breathwork, and meditation, cultivating presence and connection to your body. Our days will also include hydrotherapy, hiking, forest bathing as well as the option for foraging walks to discover the edible and medicinal abundance of the land.
Your time here invites you to sync with the rhythm of rising energy and gentle expansion. Meals are crafted with care to nourish both body and soul. A private chef will prepare daily lunches and dinners, while your cabin kitchen will be stocked with your favorite breakfast foods and freshly baked breads, allowing spacious mornings to unfold with ease.
Set in a hollow at 3,000 feet in a temperate rainforest, Firecreek Retreat, lovingly tended by Christy and Gavin McKenzie, features beautifully appointed cabins, outdoor hot tubs, an outdoor sauna, a cold plunge, a barn, a greenhouse, livestock, and flourishing gardens.
Join me for this invitation to reawaken, reconnect, and remember your belonging to the living world.

Welcome to Firecreek
We purchased the property in 2021, in an effort to both heal ourselves, and as small offering to help heal the planet. Aside from our small family unit enjoying the magical land here, our aim is to share it with others, by way of hosting retreats, workshops, and short term rentals. Retreats include yoga and meditation, leadership, art, photography and nature immersion, fly fishing and hiking, as well culinary, foraging, and regenerative agriculture.
