October 23rd - 27th, 2025 | with KELLEY GARDNER
RESET. RECHARGE. RENEW
Ayurveda is an ancient science that teaches us how to know and to take care of ourselves. It empowers us to hear our body’s wisdom and refine our responses to the inevitable stressors of life. Ayurveda offers practices and insights that build our proficiency to feel grounded and whole. Yoga invites us into a conversation with our body to practice skills that help us make sense of the body’s messages. With trained attention and compassion, we connect to our internal source of clarity, the Self energy, which is the highest goal of meditation.
I hope you will join me to practice exquisite self-care, deep listening, laughter, and great company with other fabulous women. Big Bonus It’s peak Fall weekend for color in the NC mountains.
Just say YES!
You won’t regret it.

Meet Kelley Gardner…
Yoga, meditation, Ayurveda. For over three decades these have been cherished teachers that meet me exactly where I am on any given day. They offer me opportunities to peel back and explore the many layers of myself and how I move through the world. What is most precious to me now is the ever-evolving practice of awareness, the art of remaining curious, and embracing the extraordinary mystery of it all.
Along the way, I’ve owned two yoga studios (Lake Norman Yoga Center and The Bindu) and co-owned Rasika Yoga School with my friends and colleagues of 25 years, Stacey Millner-Collins and Sarah Faircloth. The pandemic years ushered in a shift to online yoga teaching, which I continue today.
My respect for functional alignment for any age and especially for healthy aging is anchored in being a certified Anusara Yoga teacher (2005-2014). I am grateful to Anusara Yoga for introducing me to many renowned yoga philosophy and meditation teachers with whom I continue studying with today.
As a certified Ayurvedic Digestion and Nutrition coach, I educate clients on the Ayurvedic perspectives of digestion, how to recognize signs and symptoms of imbalances in the body/mind, and how to make diet and lifestyle choices to restore and maintain optimal health.
I enjoy creating special and memorable group experiences and cultivating life-long connections through Curious Wise Women groups, travel opportunities, classes, workshops, and retreats. Past yoga/group travel destinations include Greece, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Jamaica, the British Virgin Islands, and Belize.
Welcome to Firecreek
We purchased the property in 2021, in an effort to both heal ourselves, and as small offering to help heal the planet. Aside from our small family unit enjoying the magical land here, our aim is to share it with others, by way of hosting retreats, workshops, and short term rentals. Retreats include yoga and meditation, leadership, art, photography and nature immersion, fly fishing and hiking, as well culinary, foraging, and regenerative agriculture.
