Acorn Tiny House

SLEEPS: 2 | BEDS: 1 (QUeen Loft) | BATH: 1

GREAT FOR COUPLES AND SOLO TRAVELERS

Sleeping up to two in a single queen loft, Acorn was built with wellness and sustainability at its core. Solo Stove fire pit, outdoor clawfoot soaking tub, and Locust, Pine, and Poplar all around, tucked into 65 acres of private, spring-fed land.

Acorn Overview

Acorn was built on the same idea as the rest of Firecreek: wellness and sustainability shouldn't be at odds with comfort. It's a small footprint with an outsized sense of place, tucked into a private hollow at 3,000 feet, surrounded by black locust, poplar, and white pine.

Step outside to a Solo Stove fire pit and two Adirondack chairs, or slip into the outdoor clawfoot soaking tub for a little forest bathing under open sky. The land around Acorn spans 65 acres of private, spring-fed ground, home to bear, deer, turkey, coyote, and fox. Guests are welcome to hike the property, and by request, can visit the farm animals or use the sauna and cold plunge.

A single queen bed sits in the loft, reached by ladder, the kind of detail that gives Acorn its tiny-home character but is worth knowing before you book. Not ideal for young children or anyone who'd rather not climb into bed each night, though the couch converts to a ground-floor option if that's a better fit.

The Setting

Acorn Tiny House sits at 3,000 feet in the forest outside Asheville, on 65 acres of private, spring-fed land. Bear, deer, turkey, coyote, and fox all call this stretch of mountain home, and guests are welcome to explore it on foot. With advance notice, you're also welcome to visit the on-site farm animals or book time in the sauna and cold plunge.
