The Peaceful Warrior
Retreat

October 1st - October 5th, 2027| with Virginia Ansaldi

The Peaceful Warrior Retreat combines Steel Mace Vinyasa, Yoga and immersion in nature to access your Inner Warrior. This is not about fighting. This is about finding more peace in your body, mind and life — because a true warrior needs not to defend themselves but makes aligned decisions with ease.

Steel Mace Vinyasa is a practice that incorporates functional strength training with steel mace, yoga and flow state coaching principles. A steel mace is a modern rendition of an ancient tool called a gada used in the akhara of northern India. For centuries the gada has been used to prepare warriors and religious devotees for physical prowess and spiritual discipline. Training with a weapon in a modality that uses biomechanics and flow state coaching principles, allows us to build a deep sense of safety and trust in ourselves because we not only feel that we are able to protect ourselves, but because we raise our nervous system capacity — effectively making us more unmessable with. Becoming unmessable with and touching the peace that is available in the present moment is part of accessing flow in your life, making decisions that align with your values and goals, and being fully present to the gifts of your own life.

When we couple this work with restorative yoga practices, mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques, nature integration, and intentional conversations in community, we remember how we’re meant to live. Before screens and cars and sitting for 8+ hours a day, before the constant buzzing frequency of the city, we held circles, moved in tune with nature, and used our bodies as the tool to create the lives that we want. In this retreat, we remember what that feels like. Over this 4 night stay, we move through, discuss and integrate practices that build freedom in our bodies and flow in our life so that, ultimately, we can move ourselves towards the unbound possibilities of our lives.

This is not your typical retreat filled with free time.
This is an opportunity to elevate your movement, mind and relationship to yourself and others.
